.) The picture I like the most would be number fourteen. This image is really unique because you can still get a sense of emotion from the image, yet it leaves room for interpretation. The colors of the flowers make the image look happy, even though the girl in the photo may be sad. Image number two is also really cool because you can gather some sense of the emotion but the look on their eyes are hidden.
.) In both of these photos the emotion of the subject is hidden, that really caught my attention because it gave room for interpretation. The colors of the flower photos were really pretty and drew my eye to them.
.) In both images, the face is blocked so you cannot tell the expression that they are facing.
.) The subject of both photos is a person, even though their faces re hidden.
.) In #14 the subject is off to the right, which is using rule of thirds. And on #2 the subject is in the middle of the photo.
.) The background of the image is plain. I like this because it makes it easy to focus on the image instead of what is going on in the back.
.) Both of these images are depicting some type of story, but are leaving room for the person looking at it to tell what you are looking at. Because of the lack of eye contact it gives room for the person viewing it to look for something new. Both photos convey a sad or glum attitude.
My unifying theme is walking around Newburyport and the different things that went on during Jillian and I's trip there. In this series of photos it takes you through the phases of us driving there, getting out of the car, walking to Starbucks, getting our Starbucks, and then returning to the car.
